Greetings Family. Bishop is in Northern MI...(almost Canada) at the Bay View Association for a 5 day lecture series. Bay View is a UMC community of 400+ Victorian houses and buildings built in the 1800s and beautifully preserved. This area is also known as Chautauqua on Lake Michigan. It is breathtakingly beautiful. Mother Miller and Bishop ventured out to the Native American reservation for the surrounding tribes to participate in the annual Pow-Wow. It was an incredibly welcoming experience. The dancing reminded her of good Pentecostal Church and she felt the synergy. They so needed this time.
